Day 1
Enguri Dam — the largest hydroelectric power station in the Caucasus.
Confluence of the Nenskra and Enguri Rivers — contrasting river colors.
Chuberi Gorge — historically known as the “road of life”.
Panoramic View of Ushba (4700 m) — the “diamond of alpinists”.
Svan towers along the way.
Mestia — the tourist center of Svaneti.
Ethnographic Museum (established in 1936).
Hotel check-in and dinner.
Day 2
Trip to Ushguli (4×4 vehicles / minivans).
Ushguli — one of the highest inhabited settlements in Europe (2200 m).
The community includes 4 villages: Murkmeli, Chazhashi, Zhibiani, and Chvibiani.
More than 30 Svan towers protected by UNESCO.
Lamaria Church (12th century).
Tower of Love — legendary story.
Return to Mestia.
Hatsvali Cable Car.
Margiani House Museum (“Machubi”) or Khergiani Museum (optional).
Lunch in Mestia and return to Batumi.
